FLUX-GERÄTE GMBH has analysed and successfully completed its remuneration structure with Logib-D
The company FLUX-GERÄTE GMBH had its remuneration structure analysed for the pay gap between women and men. The results show (unadjusted) a pay gap for women of -8.9%. The pay gap turns to + 3.4% (adjusted pay gap) when the pay of women and men with comparable characteristics (requirement, education...) are analysed. Overall, there is no pay gap in the adjusted pay analysis.
