Filling system FLUX-FILL WT Ex
FLUX-FILL WT, the compact, semi-automatic filling system with weighing technology - now also in Ex version
The system is designed for efficient, calibrated filling of fluids. In the new, Ex-protected version, it is now also suitable for use in Ex areas of zones 1 and 2 and for filling flammable fluids (zone 0/1) up to 1,000 mPas.
With the new Ex version of the semi-automatic filling system, FLUX-FILL WT Ex, flammable fluids up to max. 1,000 mPas can also be filled efficiently and safely into a wide variety of containers. Depending on the system configuration, filling weights from 0.5 to 50 kg are possible. FLUX-FILL WT works with calibrated weighing technology. Containers intended for sale are filled in accordance with the German Prepackaging Ordinance (FertigPackV). Unintentional product losses are avoided. With the appropriate Ex pumps and components on the feed side, the FLUX-FILL WT Ex can be expanded into a compact, semi-automatic filling system.
Three automatically controlled filling methods are available for filling: Over-bunghole, under-bunghole and under-bunghole. The user is flexible in his choice of containers. Whether canisters, buckets, wide-necked bottles, screw-top cans, clamp-lid cans - many things are possible. The maximum container height is 400 mm, the minimum bunghole diameter is 40 mm.
The FLUX filling system is easy to operate. First, the filling programme is selected at the touch of a button. Then the number of containers can be entered. The system then counts and displays the number of containers already filled. The actual filling takes place automatically, as does the control of the pump motor. The time during filling can be used for other tasks, such as closing the container. At the end of the filling process, the operator acknowledges the respective result. If a container is changed, the corresponding programme is simply selected from previously parameterised filling programmes. For easy handling, especially with larger filling weights, the system can be supplemented with roller conveyor elements. Features such as tare and drive-up control additionally increase process reliability.
